I am the Production Manager of The Cannery and Toulouse Gourmet Catering. I am a Holy Cross Graduate and currently attend the University of New Orleans. I started working for the Cannery my sophomore year of high school. After working for just a couple of days I realized that I had fallen in love with the atmosphere of the hospitality industry. This newfound love has guided me to pursue a degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism form the University of New Orleans.
My favorite part about working for The Cannery and Toulouse Gourmet Catering is the ability to put a smile on every face that I see. This ability certainly comes naturally considering my outgoing personality, and the extremely fun vibe that I create every time I walk into work.
In my free time I enjoy producing music, riding my motorcycle, and travelling to music festivals around the world.
